About
Jiangsu Beidou Xinchuang Technology Development Co., Ltd. was established in August 2022. It is a hybrid enterprise under the guidance of the China Satellite Navigation and Positioning Association and with the participation of the Nantong Innovation Zone government. It is an innovative technology enterprise that serves the national Beidou Xinchuang strategy and specializes in integrating the design, research and development, manufacturing, sales, and technical services of Beidou satellite, ground wired, wireless network, and IoT application products.
Jiangsu Beidou Xinchuang Inspection and Testing Co., Ltd. (referred to as "Beidou Testing Laboratory") is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Jiangsu Beidou Xinchuang Technology Development Co., Ltd. The company focuses on testing and services, and based on national standards for satellite navigation and communication technology, provides testing services for the flow, accuracy, stability, and other performance of system platforms, client software and hardware, as well as acceptance services for the construction of ground navigation and positioning facilities. The aim is to enhance urban management and livelihood service guarantee capabilities by integrating Beidou+smart city applications, and promote the innovative development of Beidou industry. It can be applied in comprehensive application fields such as transportation, education, elderly care, agriculture, national defense and security, environment, disaster emergency, etc.
The construction of the first phase of the Beidou Testing Laboratory includes a microwave darkroom, a GNSS product wired testing platform, a GNSS product wireless testing platform, a static testing platform for the sky, and a PNT network reference station for heaven and earth collaboration.
（1）The microwave darkroom is used in conjunction with the GNSS product wireless detection platform for wireless performance testing of navigation products, including testing turntables, testing antennas, etc.
（2）The GNSS product wired detection platform uses a satellite navigation signal simulator to simulate the generation of satellite navigation signals and conduct wired testing on the navigation terminal.
（3）The GNSS product wireless detection platform uses a satellite navigation signal simulator to simulate the generation of satellite navigation signals, and conducts wireless performance testing on the entire navigation terminal in a dark room.
（4）The static detection platform uses real satellite navigation signals to test the static positioning accuracy, differential positioning accuracy, timing accuracy, and other indicators of the navigation terminal.
（5）The celestial collaborative PNT network reference station is based on new means, ideas, and methods such as low orbit high-precision, low orbit navigation fusion, indoor pseudo satellites, etc., to achieve "full coverage, high-precision, high integrity, and deep fusion" navigation positioning and time service.
